On the afternoon of December 15, 2025, Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts of Cambodia and Department of Cultural, Religious and Historical Movement Promotion of Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia jointly organized "The Sixth Memorial Night and Cultural Fund for Supporting Military Heroes and Refugees" event at the Secondary School of Fine Arts in Phnom Penh. H.E. Mrs. Phoeurng Sackona, Minister of Culture and Fine Arts in Cambodia, representatives from DPB Foundation, as well as numerous entrepreneurs and philanthropists from various sectors in Cambodia, attended the event. The gathering aimed to raise dedicated charitable funds to provide material support for frontline troops in Cambodia and alleviate the humanitarian crisis faced by displaced individuals along the border.

As a deep-rooted philanthropic force in Cambodia, DPB Foundation was initiated and established by Oknha Mr. Deng Pibing in 2022, consistently upholding its core mission of "fulfilling social responsibilities and promoting the development of charitable endeavors in Cambodia." Since its inception, DPB Foundation has consistently focused on key areas such as talent education empowerment and safeguarding the rights and supporting vulnerable women and children. It has implemented multiple targeted public welfare projects, injecting tangible momentum into local livelihood improvements. The donation of twenty thousand US dollars on this occasion stands as yet another concrete manifestation of its philanthropic practice.

Relevant officials from Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts of Cambodia stated that the event aimed to build consensus among all sectors of society and draw more attention to the difficult situation of people in the border areas. The in-depth cooperation between the two sides would further advance the development of public welfare in Cambodia and explore more efficient practical approaches to supporting people's livelihoods.
"True kindness flows like water; great love knows no bounds." As advocated by the philanthropic philosophy of DPB Foundation, this public welfare activity, focused on addressing the needs of people's livelihoods, not only provided warmth and hope to Cambodians trapped in the turmoil of conflict through charitable donations, including the sum of twenty thousand US dollars, but also added a new and significant chapter to the landscape of China-Cambodia non-governmental public welfare cooperation.
